About Us

Thank you for visiting the Mind Health Clinic website.  For over 30 years, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults regain their emotional strength, build coping skills and find inner peace in times of difficulty or crisis.  In this clinic, you can receive comprehensive psychiatric-mental health services, including individual counseling/therapy, family therapy, couple therapy, group therapy and medication management.  I received both Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Stony Brook University and also have additional training in the most effective, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).  I am a member of the American Psychological Association and Neuroscience Education Institute, which shows my ongoing efforts to stay abreast with the most innovative treatments.

I hope you can benefit from my extensive clinical experience and knowledge to resolve your life concerns, and cultivate happiness and meaning in life.

Best Wishes,
